Heidi's Design of workouts will help you learn the mind-body connection to enhance and speed up your results while leaning out your body with zero bulk.
Feeling healthy, strong, lean, and toned are what most people seek. To truly thrive, I believe you must feel this way in your body. My approach to moving your body is low-intensity (for the most part!) and very effective in lengthening and leaning out your body.
